Don’t cover your lips always with lipstick. Let them breathe when you stay at home as prolonged use of lipstick deposits a dark stain on the lips.
Try to avoid cheap lip care products. I personally use organic products for the whole of my beauty. You can also use rose petals, beetroot juice, almond oil, jojoba oils, or other home remedies to get soft reddish lips.
